Stintons Reserve

Prefab1 was awarded the project at Stintons Reserve through a competitive tender, delivering the design and construction of a new modular pavilion for the Park Orchards BMX Club. The two-stage project included installing a new modular wing with integrated toilets, storage, and services, followed by the refurbishment of the existing building’s roof and canopy. Offsite prefabrication ensured a high-quality outcome with minimal disruption.

As head contractor, Prefab1 also managed all external works, including new concrete paths, access walkways, and service connections to support functionality and site access. The modular design was carefully integrated with the existing structure to provide a seamless and efficient facility upgrade.

Additional works included a concrete-covered area with a shade sail for spectators and a new BMX start gate shelter at the top of the launch zone—enhancing usability, safety, and comfort for riders and visitors alike.
