St Agatha’s Primary School

Prefab1 was engaged to deliver a large-scale, two-storey modular building for St Agatha’s Primary School, designed to meet the growing needs of the school community while ensuring minimal disruption to day-to-day learning.

The project included the full design, offsite construction, and installation of a contemporary education facility featuring spacious classrooms, a central master staircase, a lift for accessible access between levels, and expansive foyer areas to support student flow and supervision. The building also incorporates staff and student amenities, storage rooms, and integrated services throughout.

In addition to the main structure, Prefab1 completed all associated external works including covered walkways, access paths, and landscaping to ensure a fully functional, connected learning environment. Delivered with a focus on speed, quality, and long-term usability, this project reflects Prefab1’s continued commitment to providing modern, scalable infrastructure for the education sector
