Prefab1 partnered with Manningham Council to deliver the new Schramms Cottage Visitor Centre in Doncaster East — a fully prefabricated modular building designed to blend seamlessly with the site’s historic character.

Manufactured off-site in controlled conditions, the building was delivered and craned into place with minimal disruption to the gardens and heritage structures. This streamlined approach reduced construction time on-site while allowing for a highly detailed, energy-efficient finish.
