Maroondah Pavilion Refurbishment

Prefab1 delivered a full design-and-construct refurbishment of an existing sporting pavilion in Maroondah, converting it into modern office and lunchroom facilities for site teams working on Victoria’s Big Build Level Crossing Removal Project. The scope covered the building end-to-end under a single contractor, repurposing the pavilion’s existing structure into functional workspace suited to a busy construction program — office areas, amenities, and staff lunchroom space built to handle daily use by LXRP crews.
