Prefab1 won a competitive tender for the modular building works at Glenroy Train Station.

Under this contract Prefab1 designed the building as a modular solution based on the architectural drawings provided. The end result was a 16-module building that displays the appearance of an on-site constructed building.
The station façade includes three different types of cladding, being precast concrete, Mono Cladd and Swiss Pearl, which Prefab1 coordinated and installed.

The station is classified as a premium station, which means it includes the rooms of ticket office, kiosk waiting room and public amenities.

The project was handed over on time, and the client was very satisfied with the methodology,  achieving the overall building height of 5.2 metres
