Prefab1 was engaged to deliver a purpose-built modular facility, designed to support specialist programs including Food Technology, Wood Technology, Music, and Drama. Each learning space was custom-designed to meet the client’s brief and operational requirements, ensuring durability, functionality, and compliance while creating practical and engaging environments for program delivery.

Working directly with the client, Prefab1 provided full architectural design and documentation services, managing the project from concept through to completion. The scope incorporated extensive site works, including civil works, hydraulic and electrical services, and connections to mains infrastructure, all delivered in line with coordination requirements of the education facility.

Manufactured offsite to maintain quality control and efficiency, the modular buildings were completed within a five-month program. On-site placement and installation were achieved in just two days, demonstrating Prefab1’s ability to deliver complex, highly regulated projects with precision, discretion, and minimal operational disruption.
