Prefab1’s steel fabrication arm is a fully integrated part of our manufacturing operation. With a purpose-built facility in Seaford and a team of experienced fabricators and structural welders, we produce steel components for our own modular buildings and for external clients.
Whether you need structural frames, custom staircases, access walkways, or one-off bespoke metalwork, our team has the equipment and expertise to deliver — on spec, on time.
Our new 4,000m² manufacturing facility, under construction in 2026, will significantly expand our fabrication capacity.
