Prefab1’s site compounds are engineered to run a working construction site from day one. Every compound can be configured with the facilities your project needs — site offices and project management hubs, meeting and collaboration spaces, first aid and HSE rooms, lunchrooms and kitchenettes, change rooms and shower blocks, secure gatehouses, training and induction rooms, switchrooms, plant rooms, and storage modules. And because we handle every service connection in-house — plumbing and hydraulics, HVAC and climate control, electrical and data, temporary works design and engineering, plus generator, holding tank and rainwater tank hire — your compound arrives fully operational, with no need to coordinate multiple contractors before your team can move in.

Prefab1 designs and installs custom covered walkways and decking systems built specifically for construction environments. Our walkways are modular, relocatable and reusable — engineered to reduce waste and be repurposed across multiple projects. Ideal for connecting site sheds, providing all-weather access, and meeting site safety requirements.
Rental Site Sheds
We supply a full range of rental site sheds for construction projects of all sizes — from single offices to large-scale compound configurations. All units are fit-for-purpose, maintained to a high standard and delivered ready to work. Available as standalone hires or as part of a fully managed compound package.
